My wedding was November 20th and I still have guests writing me over how much fun they had! The dancing never stopped which is exactly what i wanted! Ively and his amazing team delivered on all fronts! They brought the party for sure !!!! Would give them 10 stars if I could 🙂
My husband and I got married in March 2022 and still could not be happier that we chose Mixn It Up Events for our big day! We worked mainly with Ively and he was the best. He kept consistent communication with us leading up to the day. We had a music app where we got to lay out the songs we wanted before the ceremony, during, the walk out songs for ceremony/reception, etc. and it was such a great help to be able to do it that way. We also had a nice video meeting before so that we were all on the same page and he knew everything we wanted. Guests loved the music and also commented on the video montage that played on the DJ booth screen. We got the package that included uplighting, dancing on a cloud and the mirror photo booth too and the price was definitely worth it for everything we got. The MC's energy was also amazing and had the party going! 10/10 - I highly recommend!
Working with Iveley and the guys was beyond amazing! We arranged to to not only have the music and MC done with them but also our video. Let me tell you... we are so glad we did. They knock it out of the park! Iveley even came earlier than arranged to take some extra footage for us - which was beyond gracious and truly made our video special! He knew exactly what we wanted and was able to capture very special moments for us that we will cherish forever. Iveley, Marlon and Franck nailed the vibe of the wedding and got EVERYONE moving on the dance floor. We had a wide range of ages and nearly everyone has told us the music selection was phenomenal. We also loved the interactive wedding song portal that we could add songs to as they popped into our head. Don't walk, BOOGIE over to book them to your wedding. Just make sure your feet are prepared to dance the night away!
Amazing company. I can’t say enough of good words about Ively and his professionalism. We had him as our videographer on our small Covid wedding. He exceeded all expectations! Our wedding video was like a movie that made everyone cry every time we watched it! He is patient, professional, detail oriented, organized and most importantly creative! These guys were INCREDIBLE!!!! They really made my wedding an even more memorable day. I cannot help but sing these guys praises. Iveley and his team of entertainers are highly professional, highly experienced and with ease, they had a big hand in making our special day most memorable.I had a hard time finding the right MC/DJ duo for my wedding in August 2021 but then I came across Iveley at MixInItUp Events. First of all, Iveley was amazing. We had the most easy-going phone consultation and I knew I didn’t want to look any further and that I found my guys. Everything Iveley said was on point with what we wanted for our wedding. He was easy to communicate with from the beginning. There was no rush, he was willing to explain anything I didn’t understand and was the perfect guide in helping me piece together what we wanted accomplished for the wedding. He was very thorough and was big on details which assured me that I was in good hands.I had the pleasure of briefly meeting Iveley and he was pure professionalism. Our MC/DJ duo was Frank and Marlon..oh where do I get started… we couldn’t ask for a better pair. They work so well together, creating a seamless outcome of our event. My husband stressed to me how he wanted a MC who would be entertaining and lively, keep everyone going and we got just that. Frank was very likeable guy. He was energetic, friendly, funny and engaging. He fit so perfectly in with our crowd that guests asked if Frank and my husband knew each other. Frank kept checking in with me, making me at ease and ran things past us to see if we were on the same page with everything. He made everyone so comfortable, addressed our guests by names and took control of the crowd with ease. He is an entertainer in true form. Marlon was in the background but his mixing was flawless, he read the room well knowing when to play what. He stuck to our playlist and followed our request of no guest requests unless it was run by us first.At the end of the wedding, I knew for any future events I wanted MixInItUp Events to be there and my family agreed. They are still talking about them and the time they had months after. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. From the consultation with Iveley to the end of the wedding with big hugs and best wishes, these guys had our best interest and wanted to make sure we had an incredible experience with them and that is what they did.
We absolutely LOVED working with mixing it up! They had so many great ideas , very professional , patient , flexible , reasonable. They made our wedding the best ever! With all creative effects they had toOffer ! We plan on using them again , again and again! Truly was blessed to have come across such a great entertainment company!!!!
We hired Iveley to DJ our wedding this past June. Let me just say this was one of, if not, the greatest decision of the whole wedding! Both Iveley and his partner in crime Franck (MC) kept the crowd going, ALL NIGHT LONG! We had the time of our lives and even have friends and family still talking about it!
