Mixn It Up Terms of Service

Thank you for considering Mixn It Up Events for your wedding and private events services in NJ. Please carefully read these terms of service before using our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Services: Mixn It Up Events provides wedding and private events services in NJ. Our services include event planning, coordination, design, and execution.
   
   
2. Payment: Payment is required upon the signing of the contract. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure the event date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
   
   
3. Liability: Mixn It Up Events is not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during the event. The client assumes full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by themselves or their guests. The client agrees to indemnify Mixn It Up Events for any liability incurred as a result of the client’s actions or those of their guests.
   
   
4. Insurance: Mixn It Up Events is fully insured and licensed to operate in NJ. We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance.
   
   
5. Compliance with State Laws: Mixn It Up Events complies with all applicable state laws and regulations related to wedding and private events services in NJ. We will obtain all necessary permits and licenses required by the state for the event.
   
   
6. Intellectual Property: Mixn It Up Events retains all rights to the intellectual property created by us during the event planning and execution process, including but not limited to event design, decorations, and vendor lists.
   
   
7. Communication: Mixn It Up Events will communicate regularly with the client throughout the event planning process. We will provide updates on the progress of the event and notify the client of any changes or issues that may arise.
   
   
8. Force Majeure: Mixn It Up Events is not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms of service if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.
   
   
9. Termination: Mixn It Up Events may terminate the contract if the client breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
   
   
10. Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
